Her career began as a Brand Manager for Xbox and expanded into pivotal leadership roles at Ted Baker, Charlotte Tilbury, and Tom Ford Beauty, where she helped shape globally recognized brands. At Spring Studios, Claudia played a key role in launching the New York space, further establishing her reputation for building and scaling luxury platforms that connect creativity with commercial impact.
Claudia is deeply versed in the Seed to Sale™ methodology, a philosophy that guided her work at Born Group, where she helped develop integrated e-commerce and content strategies prior to the company’s acquisition by Tech Mahindra. Her ability to align brand vision with business outcomes has made her a trusted advisor to founders, CMOs, and leadership teams navigating growth and transformation.

Mario De Armas is a content producer and creative director with over 15 years of experience shaping visual stories for global brands, founders, and culture-driven companies.
His career began in Manhattan, where he led large-scale campaigns and documentary work for brands including Adidas, Mountain Dew, Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, Cosmopolitan, and Seventeen. During this time, he developed original series, editorial documentaries, and branded films that combined cinematic craft with strong narrative structure and strategic intent.
Mario’s documentary work includes staff-pick-winning films, branded documentaries for Complex Magazine, and the development of original series at Hearst Media focused on culture, fashion, and the people behind the work. He has also directed and produced high-profile brand films for Mountain Dew, Adidas, Under Armour, and Peet’s Coffee, overseeing projects from concept through final delivery.
Throughout his career, Mario has led productions end-to-end, directing talent, managing crews, shaping creative strategy, and delivering content across social, digital, and broadcast platforms. He later brought this experience to Miami, producing content for luxury automotive brands, live events, and full-scale brand activations.
He is the founder of Ascend Creative Solutions, where storytelling, filmmaking, and emerging AI tools are combined to create modern advertising systems designed to drive growth, not just aesthetics.
